My name is Matt
I’m the owner of KAIZEN-PE
AND the author of The Lean Body Plan
And I will be your guide to your dream physique.

 

But what do I know about training?

 

  • I have been an instructor for just over 11 years, for Karate and Personal Training
  • I am a keen rock climber and kettlebell enthusiast
  • Author of 5 training books
  • Certified Self Defence instructor
  • Former chef (so I know what great meals should taste like haha)
  • Pizza connoisseur

 

So now you know a little about me, here’s a little about the guys I’ve personally coached using The Lean Body Plan:

I have a big interest in ALL of physical culture, and I hope to help as many of you achieve the dream body you deserve!
