- I have been an instructor for just over 11 years, for Karate and Personal Training
- I am a keen rock climber and kettlebell enthusiast
- Author of 5 training books
- Certified Self Defence instructor
- Former chef (so I know what great meals should taste like haha)
- Pizza connoisseur
So now you know a little about me, here’s a little about the guys I’ve personally coached using The Lean Body Plan:
