Do I need any equipment?

No you don’t, if you don’t want to.

Because of the structure, the plan can be done with equipment, all bodyweight, or a mix of both.

Personally, I love to use a combination of bodyweight and kettlebells.

However, I have many students who have had success using gym machines, or barbells, or resistance bands . . . The list could go on!

I have even had a student be successful with just a piece of rope!

However you wish to train, will be the best way for you!


What do I do after the 12 weeks?

After you’ve done the course, the best thing you can do is do it again!

Every time you complete it, the results compound themselves – meaning the results get better and better every time!


How long until I get results?

Results will come all the way through.

As long as you’re getting stronger in the key muscles and eating to induce fat loss, then results are already on their way!

Yes it may take some men a bit longer than others, but the beauty of The Lean Body Plan is that there’s no lies promising “6-packs in 6 weeks”.

Personally, my body took a little longer than others to become my ideal shape. However, because of the programming, I didn’t get bored, I didn’t lose motivation and I found it effortless.

It just took me a little bit longer.

But what’s an extra 12 weeks for results that last the rest of your life?


Am I too old/fat/out of shape for The Lean Body Plan?

Absolutely not!

This may seem like an awful question to ask, but I do frequently get this as an obstruction and it should never hold you back!

When I hear excuses and obstacles like being bigger or older, I say the following quote from Marcus Aurelius:

The Lean Body Plan’s ethos is to train the body over time, to gain strength, become healthy and aim for continuous improvement for the rest of your life.

At the very least, getting healthier will have a greater effect on your overall health – obvious but still true.

Yes, being “younger” and “more in shape” has its advantages.

And until you invest in yourself, they always will.

You are the youngest you are ever going to be right now, so put it to use and make the best of it!

The Lean Body Plan is used to give older men shape and strength, that puts the youth to shame.

The Lean Body Plan is employed to take the “out of shape” into a living embodiment of an Ancient Greek statue.

Like I say, and there’s no BS here, it might take some of us longer than others, but that’s no excuse not to do it!


I already take part in sports etc. Is this overkill?

Absolutely not!

I use The Lean Body Plan to train sportsmen to get better at their sport.

Because it’s minimal it gets you stronger and better, and also leaves you not feeling sore for sports training.

This plan is here to help show you how to use exercise to enhance life, in all aspects (be that sports, appearance, health), and not to let the gym rule your life.
