I got bored and overworked trying to train with other people’s programs.

I was getting injured and burning myself out trying to follow other people’s unrealistic ideas of how to train – 6 days in the gym, annihilating every body part, punishing myself into the floor, and trying to hurry results along faster and faster. I always fell off their workouts and eventually, I’d had enough! 

I knew there was a better way to train – so I knuckled down the essentials and got to work!

So I created “The Lean Body Plan”!

A minimalistic, no BS approach structured to build muscle in the right places, loses bodyfat like there’s no tomorrow and, most importantly, promises realistic results!

THE PLAN

My 8 week training plan will develop key muscles, and help you lose fat, so that you achieve a body more pleasing to the eye.

There is a reason why bodybuilders are generally seen as cartoonish. It’s because they’re oversized.

I’ve always admired the bodies of Ancient Greek statues and action-movie stars.

That lean and nicely defined body that has the right amount of muscle, and is still incredibly strong.

And this is what my students (and the ladies) want!

This program will show you how to become more like Daniel Craig in James Bond, like Brad Pitt in Troy or like Jason Statham – a physique that looks great in and out of clothes.

Firstly, you will add strength to your body, so expect increases of up to 30+kg on your lifts within the first month!!

 And More Strength means More Muscle!

By doing this, you will begin to broaden your frame and add muscle in the places that matter – shoulders, chest, back, arms and abs – by targeting them more frequently. 

This doesn’t mean that the other body parts won’t be trained though; they’ll become strong too! We just just place a bit of focus for better aesthetics.

(Also included is an 4 week overdrive variation, where we go into overdrive and really force some muscle size gains for special trips away etc.)

And all this is done with 2x 45 minute sessions a week.

Because 3x 45 minute sessions per week IS the perfect amount.

It’s enough time to get a sufficient amount of work done to train the body and it leaves plenty of time in your life to reap the rewards of your efforts – no more being a slave to the gym!!

This program is individualised to you too, allowing you to choose what exercises you would like to do, not what you’re told to do!
Because of this, its suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, from the the young to the young-at-heart, and with a particular focus on natural mobility, you will build strength and conditioning for everyday life – not to mention getting leaner too!
…And most importantly, I will teach you how I do it.
The Lean Body Plan

Combine this, with one of the two nutritional strategies, in the book, and your body will be primed to build muscle AND lose fat – and this doesn’t mean eating chicken salads or chicken and rice constantly, because that’s SO boring!

Think about eating your favourite foods and still getting results! (Pizza and Guinness for me all the way haha).

Losing fat is key to helping your body become more defined – being lean better shows the muscle below the skin (and this is all a 6 pack is, in the end).

When combining the solid muscle building plan, with the perfect nutritional strategy and taking your time, becoming lean and muscular is effortless. 

And when it’s effortless, and you play the long game, it’s easy!

FAQ

Do I need any equipment?

No, if you don’t want to.

Because of the structure, the plan can be done with equipment, all bodyweight, or a mix of both – I use bodyweight and a couple of kettlebells.

What do I do after the 12 weeks?

After you’ve done the course, the best thing you can do is show yourself off and then do it all again!

Every time you complete it, the results compound themselves – meaning the results get better and better every time!

How long until I get results?

Results will come all the way through.

As long as you’re getting stronger in the key muscles and eating to induce fat loss, then results are already on their way!

Am I too old/fat/out of shape for The Lean Body Plan?

Absolutely not!

When I hear excuses and obstacles like being bigger or older, I say the following quote from Marcus Aurelius:

The Lean Body Plan’s ethos is to train the body over time, to gain strength, become healthy and aim for continuous improvement for the rest of your life.

Is this a subscription?

Absolutely not! 

I detest subscription services!

I already take part in sports etc. Is this overkill?

Absolutely not!

I use The Lean Body Plan to train sportsmen to get better at their sport.

Because it’s minimal it gets you stronger and better, and also leaves you not feeling sore for sports training.

This plan is here to help show you how to use exercise to enhance life, in all aspects (be that sports, appearance, health), and not to let the gym rule your life.
